Our Safari Overview
This package offers a great value for money should you wish to experience the three best northern circuit national parks without visiting the Serengeti, with a day in Tarangire another in Lake Manyara national park and ultimately a day in the Ngorongoro crater you will be in for a great experience. An extension to Zanzibar or Mafia island combined with this package is the perfect ending to your holiday/vacation. Alternatively, you can choose this package after a trek to Kilimanjaro or Meru.

Detailed Itienerary
Day 1: Arrival – Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport/ Arusha airport upon arrival and transfer to your accommodation in Arusha for pre-safari briefing dinner & overnight.
Meals included: Lunch and Dinner (as per arrival time) . | Accommodation: Arusha safari Lodge.
Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park.
After breakfast, head straight to Lake Manyara National Park where your safari will begin. Although this park is small in size, it still offers a large number of animals species and birds in varied habitats: ranging from acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, hot springs and the lake/Swamp. The park is world famous for its tree-climbing lions, its elephants, hippos, giraffes, flamingos, leopards and magnificent bird life. The park is set out on East Africa’s stunning Rift Valley landscape and has an eco-system unlike any other park. In the afternoon we’ll meander up the rift valley to our to our lodge in Karatu

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater.
Today will be all about the Ngorongoro conservation area and the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. The trip will start after breakfast where we will descend into the crater for a fantastic day of game viewing. The crater, the 8th wonder of the world and a designated world heritage site, is a collapsed volcano home to more than 30,000 animals including all of Africa’s Big Five amongst which is the critically endangered black rhino. We will also have the optional opportunity of visiting a Maasai Boma (village) should you choose to see how this magnificent tribe lives in a primitive manner. After a fantastic day full of wildlife, you will ascend from the crater and head back to our lodge in the Ngorongoro highlands for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire will be our final park before concluding our safari. The park is famed for having the highest concentration of elephants in the entire world that can be seen among its spectacular baobab trees that are suspected to live for hundreds of years. It is named after the Tarangire River which is the only source of water for the animals during dry season, hence attracting lots of wildlife. Its many river circuits game driving loops will give us a chance to see plenty of animals on the river banks in search of water. After a full day of fantastic game driving in Tarangire we will transfer to our Lodge for a shower, a hot, and a night of relaxation.

Day 5: Departure – Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) / Arusha Airport (ARK).
