This package takes you to all the national parks the northern circuit has to offer. You’ll spend three full days exploring the Serengeti and a day in each of the other national parks. With so many days in the Serengeti, the world’s best national park, you will be sure to see and experience plenty. Just like the rest of our packages, it has been organized in a way that ensures you explore with maximum relaxation and comfort for ultimate enjoyment.

Detailed Itienerary

Day 1: Arrival – Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).

Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport upon arrival and transfer to your accommodation in Arusha for pre-safari briefing dinner & overnight.

Meals included: Lunch and Dinner (as per Arrival time). | Accommodation: Tanzania Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Arusha National Park (Walking safari).

After breakfast, we will drive to Arusha National Park which is nested on the foothills of Mount Meru, one of Africa’s most beautiful volcanoes and the continent’s fifth highest peak. The Park is about 30 minutes’ drive from Arusha City Centre and it offer way lots of attractions compared to its area and size. The lush landscapes of Mount Meru and Ash cone, scenic view of Momela Lakes, tropical forest glades, Ngurdoto Crater are just a few. We will have the opportunity to do a walking safari in the park which will bring us a very close to  animals like giraffes, Zebras, Buffaloes and many more. An armed ranger will accompany us during the walking safari for our safety. Later in the evening we will head back to our accommodation in Arusha for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park.

Today we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park, world famous for its tree climbing lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, flamingos, leopards and a magnificent bird life. The Park is set out on east Africa’s stunning Rift Valley landscape and has varied habitats: ranging from acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, hot springs, swamps and the Lake itself where all its animals can be found. Well also visit the hot water spring in Lake Manyara where the water flows through volcanic rock and comes out so hot that it burns to the touch (it is said that the water is hot enough to boil an Egg we dare you to bring one for trial). We’ll have a picnic lunch in lake Manyara and in the evening we’ll slowly exit the park and drive up the rift valley escarpment to our lodge nested in Karatu highlands

Day 4: Serengeti National Park.

Early in the morning transfer to the endless plains of the Serengeti via the Ngorongoro conservation area. Serengeti is home to millions of wildebeests, zebras and gazelles, over 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, cheetahs and many more. The Serengeti, a park that’s probably more famous than the country it’s in is well known for its magnificent wildlife and eco system. We will get to witness its wonders and see Mother Nature at its wildest yet finest. Our game drive will begin shortly after being done with the formalities and entering the Serengeti gates and will continue till late evening where will make our way to our Lodge for the night.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park.

Enjoy the sunrise in Serengeti followed by a morning of game driving before heading back to the lodge for brunch. Afterwards we will return to a full day of game driving and leisure in the Serengeti plains. We will get lost in the plains of Serengeti while learning of its animals in their natural habitat and exploring what it has to offer which consist of a healthy number of lions (some say the largest concentration of lions in the world) and other big cats. Late in the afternoon, we will make our way back to the lodge for an evening of relaxation, unwinding and reminiscing on the scenes from earlier in the day.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park.

Today, will be another great day in the Serengeti and depending on the season, we might get the chance to track the great wildebeest migration pattern if its close by. We will get to see big predators and scavengers and how they follow the migration pattern using every opportunity they get to hunt for food in order to survive, we also learn the impact of the migration and why it happens. In the afternoon we will head back to our lodge / campsite after a sunset in the Serengeti for another night in the wilderness (we might also choose to spend the night in a lodge in the Ngorongoro crater for the night)

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater.

After an early morning breakfast at our lodge, we prepare to descend into the crater for a fantastic day of game viewing. The crater is the 8th wonder of the world and a designated world heritage site, is a collapsed volcano home to more than 30,000 animals including all of Africa’s Big Five amongst which is the critically endangered black rhino. We will also have the optional opportunity of visiting a Maasai Boma (village) should you choose to see how this magnificent tribe lives in a primitive manner. After a fantastic day full of wildlife, you will ascend from the crater and transfer back our second day lodge for a night for a warm meal dinner and night in leisure.

 Day 8: Tarangire National Park.

Morning transfer into Tarangire National Park. The Park is famed for having the highest concentration of elephants in the entire world that can be seen among its spectacular baobab trees that are suspected to live for hundreds of years. The Park is named after the Tarangire River which is the only source of water for the animals during dry season, hence attracting lots of wildlife. Its many river circuits game driving loops will give us a chance to see plenty of animals on the river banks in search of water. After experiencing the African wild at its best, you’ll be transferred to your lodge in Arusha for an overnight stay

Day 9: Departure – Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).

Detailed Itienerary

Day 1: Arrival – Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).

Pick up from Kilimanjaro International Airport upon arrival and transfer to your accommodation in Arusha for pre-safari briefing dinner & overnight.

Meals included: Lunch and Dinner. | Accommodation: Mount Meru Game Lodge

Day 2: Arusha National Park (Walking safari).

After breakfast, we will drive to Arusha National Park which is nested on the foothills of Mount Meru, one of Africa’s most beautiful volcanoes and the continent’s fifth highest peak. The Park is about 30 minutes’ drive from Arusha City Centre and it offer way lots of attractions compared to its area and size. The lush landscapes of Mount Meru and Ash cone, scenic view of Momella Lakes, tropical forest glades, Ngurdoto Crater are just a few. We will have the opportunity to do a walking safari in the park which will bring us a stone throw away from animals like giraffes, Zebras, Buffaloes and many more. An armed ranger will accompany us during the walking safari for our safety. Later in the evening we will head back to our accommodation in Arusha for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park.

Today we will drive to Lake Manyara National Park, world famous for its tree climbing lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, flamingos, leopards and a magnificent bird life. The Park is set out on east Africa’s stunning Rift Valley landscape and has varied habitats: ranging from acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab strewn cliffs, hot springs, swamps and the Lake itself where all its animals can be found. Well also visit the hot water spring in Lake Manyara where the water flows through volcanic rock and comes out so hot that it burns to the touch (it is said that the water is hot enough to boil an Egg we dare you to bring one for trial). We’ll have a picnic lunch in lake Manyara and in the evening we’ll slowly exit the park and drive up the rift valley escarpment to our lodge nested in Karatu highlands.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park.

Early in the morning transfer to the endless plains of the Serengeti via the Ngorongoro conservation area. Serengeti is home to millions of wildebeests, zebras and gazelles, over 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, cheetahs and many more. The Serengeti, a park that’s probably more famous than the country it’s in is well known for its magnificent wildlife and eco system. We will get to witness its wonders and see Mother Nature at its wildest yet finest. Our game drive will begin shortly after being done with the formalities and entering the Serengeti gates and will continue till late evening where will make our way to our Lodge for the night.

Day 5: Serengeti National Park.

Enjoy the sunrise in Serengeti followed by a morning of game driving before heading back to the lodge for brunch. Afterwards we will return to a full day of game driving and leisure in the Serengeti plains. We will get lost in the plains of Serengeti while learning of its animals in their natural habitat and exploring what it has to offer which consist of a healthy number of lions (some say the largest concentration of lions in the world) and other big cats. Late in the afternoon, we will make our way back to the lodge for an evening of relaxation, unwinding and reminiscing on the scenes from earlier in the day.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park.

Today, will be another great day in the Serengeti and depending on the season, we might get the chance to track the great wildebeest migration pattern if its close by. We will get to see big predators and scavengers and how they follow the migration pattern using every opportunity they get to hunt for food in order to survive, we also learn the impact of the migration and why it happens. In the afternoon we will head back to our lodge / campsite after a sunset in the Serengeti for another night in the wilderness (we might also choose to spend the night in a lodge in the Ngorongoro crater for the night)

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater.

After an early morning breakfast at our lodge, we prepare to descend into the crater for a fantastic day of game viewing. The crater is the 8th wonder of the world and a designated world heritage site, is a collapsed volcano home to more than 30,000 animals including all of Africa’s Big Five amongst which is the critically endangered black rhino. We will also have the optional opportunity of visiting a Maasai Boma (village) should you choose to see how this magnificent tribe lives in a primitive manner. After a fantastic day full of wildlife, you will ascend from the crater and transfer back our second day lodge for a night for a warm meal dinner and night in leisure.

 Day 8: Tarangire National Park.

Morning transfer into Tarangire National Park. The Park is famed for having the highest concentration of elephants in the entire world that can be seen among its spectacular baobab trees that are suspected to live for hundreds of years. The Park is named after the Tarangire River which is the only source of water for the animals during dry season, hence attracting lots of wildlife. Its many river circuits game driving loops will give us a chance to see plenty of animals on the river banks in search of water. After experiencing the African wild at its best, you’ll be transferred to your lodge in Arusha for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Departure – Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
